Toronto, Ont. – The Ontario Hockey League conducted the eighth annual OHL Under-18 Priority Selection for U18 AAA hockey players in Ontario on April 17. Eligibility for the 2024 OHL Under-18 Priority Selection included all U18 players (2006 and 2007 birth years) not currently on an OHL Member Team Protected List who were carded with an Ontario based U18 AAA Hockey Club or an accredited Hockey Canada sport school within the Ontario Hockey Federation, Hockey Eastern Ontario or Hockey Northwestern Ontario in the current season.

The 2024 All-Ontario & OHF Championships are set to close out the 2023-2024 minor hockey season with competition beginning this week and scheduled through the weekend. The All-Ontario Championships are a provincial Championship for the U13 AAA and U15 AAA divisions which includes teams from all three Hockey Canada Branches within the Province of Ontario; Hockey Eastern (HEO), Hockey Northwestern Ontario (HNO) and the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF).

ALLIANCE Hockey and the Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) are pleased to announce that the U12 to U15 AAA Teams from Sault Ste. Marie will compete in a partial schedule versus Teams from ALLIANCE Hockey beginning in the 2024-2025 season. Stemming from an effort to assist the Teams from Sault Ste. Marie in finding additional competition and providing an enhancement to the ALLIANCE Regular season schedule, there will be 11 games scheduled amongst the Teams in each division.

CALGARY, Alberta – Hockey Canada has announced the 19 players selected to wear the Maple Leaf with Canada’s National Men’s Under-18 Team for the 2024 IIHF U18 World Championship, April 25-May 5, in Espoo and Vantaa, Finland.
