Ontario Winter Games, Calendar (Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario)

2018 Ontario Winter Games men’s event will be hosted in the City of Orillia and is scheduled to take place March 1-4, 2018.

Please note that the age category and classification for the 2018 Games will be Pee Wee “AAA”. The men’s competition will be hosted as an Ontario Winter Games tournament event.

The following will be the structure for 2018 OWG men’s hockey event:
• 8 team round robin format
• OMHA will be allowed 2 participating teams and 2 major officials, as they are the jurisdictional host association.
• ALLIANCE will be allowed 2 participating teams and 2 major officials as they are the designated rotational member in accordance with the process of selecting an eighth team for the 2018 OWG competition (as approved by the Board of Directors).
• GTHL, HEO, NOHA and HNO will be allowed one participating team and one major official respectively.
• Athlete age/classification: Pee Wee AAA

The first place finisher after league play in both the East and West, will represent ALLIANCE Hockey.
