Rosters Announced for 2014 U16 OHL Gold Cup
Rosters for the 2014 U16 OHL Gold Cup were announced Tuesday morning at a press conference at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.
The 4-day event taking place May 8– 11, 2014 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium in Kitchener will feature 8 teams stacked with the top 160 Under-16 players in Ontario (see  rosters at www.ohlgoldcup.com).

David Branch, Commissioner of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), Scott Salmond, Senior Director of Hockey Operations and National Teams for Hockey Canada and Phillip McKee, Executive Director of the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) took questions from the media along with a panel of guests, which included players who will be participating in the 2014 U16 OHL Gold Cup event.

“The 2014 class of players is just as, if not better than 2013,” said Phillip McKee. “With the new evaluation and selection process for Hockey Canada’s National U-17 Development Camp, we expect an amazing event with great hockey. I’m confident the players that were just announced will do more than deliver.”
