2021 ALLIANCE Hockey Virtual AGM Concludes
The 2021 ALLIANCE Hockey AGM, celebrating 28 years of ALLIANCE Hockey, was hosted virtually for the second year in a row due to COVID-19 restrictions on Thursday, June 3, 2021 with more than 130 members participating, including three Life Members.

The virtual Meeting was opened by special guest Trevor Hosanna, Hockey Canada's Ontario Regional Director, Member Engagement who provided a seasonal update.

Executive Reports, Committee Reports, Amendments and the introduction of the 2021-2022 Executive Committee were provided throughout the Meeting.


Numerous ALLIANCE Hockey Executive positions were open for election including; President, Senior Vice-President, Vice-President Region #1, Vice-President Region #2, Vice-President Region #3, Vice-President Region #5 and Recreational Council ChairpersonAll positions were filled by acclamation except for the position of Vice-President Region #2 which was filled following a successful ballot. 

The positions of Treasurer, Chairperson of Appeals and Technical Director - Officials were also appointed and confirmed. 

The position of Representative Council Chairperson is still to be appointed.

Congratulations to the successful incumbents and thank you to all those who stepped forward to pursue a position on the Executive.

Thank you to the Special Guests, Life Members and the Member Associations for their participation and support of the 2021 AGM. 

ALLIANCE Hockey is looking forward to hosting the 2022 Semi-Annual Meeting in January and the 2022 Annual General Meeting next June in-person, permitting the current regulations allow.
