ALLIANCE Hockey Vaccination Policy
ALLIANCE Hockey recognizes the significant impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on sports and recreation. We understand how important hockey is to our members and are committed to doing what is necessary to keep our game as safe as possible for the 2021-22 season.

In keeping with the most recent announcements and recommendations for amateur sports leagues, ALLIANCE Hockey will require proof of COVID-19 immunization for all vaccine eligible participants (12 years of age (2009 birth year) and above and unless exempted) including players, coaches, officials, staff and volunteers in order to participate in ALLIANCE Hockey sanctioned programming. Eligible participants will require proof of having received their first dose by September 17, 2021 and be fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021.

As our communities begin to see the effects of Wave 4 of this pandemic and as the frequency of COVID-19 cases in amateur group sports continues to increase, ALLIANCE Hockey believes mandatory vaccination is an important step to support our members efforts to prevent the spread of this virus. Ensuring that all eligible individuals are vaccinated will provide us with the best opportunity to keep our participants on the ice and will support larger cohorts and regular team play.

Further details regarding implementation of this Policy, exemption qualifications, providing poof of vaccination, etc. will be available in the near future.
