Temporary Disruption to Clinic Services
Over the last year, Hockey Canada has been conducting a major database upgrade of the Hockey Canada Registry - known as the HCR.

In conjunction with the upgrade, a migration of HCR versions will be taking place over the next few weeks.  As a result, any clinics currently hosted through the HCR will be suspended to maintain data integrity.

Clinics:

Respect Group will be taking the Activity Leader and Parent programs offline until the launch of HCR 3.0, expected to be June 1.
All Development Clinics hosted through the HCR for Coaches and Officials will also be suspended until the migration has been completed.

Taking these programs offline now is a proactive step to ensure that upon launch of 3.0, the data that we are asking users to provide during registration matches the requirements of HCR 3.0, providing your users, Branch/MP administrators, and registrars a positive experience with both Respect in Sport and Development programs.

During this time, your specific program URL's (links) will be replaced by an intercept page advising users to return in June to complete their certifications and ensure their program completion information is properly transferred to the Hockey Canada Registration System.

We appreciate your patience and understanding of this process and look forward to offering a fantastic experience with the HCR 3.0.
