2026 ALLIANCE Hockey House League Championships - Payment
This form is to be completed by the Member Association Representative. Please indicate the number of teams your Association will be sending to the 2026 ALLLIANCE Hockey House League Championships and provide the accompanying payment no later than March 1, 2026. NOTE: Individual Teams will be asked to complete a Team Registration form and submit a roster and travel permit once those teams have been determined.

Registration is $1,300.00/team. Due by March 1, 2026.

REGISTRATION FEE: $1,300.00/team
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BY MARCH 1, 2026.

*Payment must be received by March 1, 2026 otherwise an e-transfer will be required.
