2025-2026 ALLIANCE HOCKEY-DAIRY FARMERS OF ONTARIO SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Eligibility - All applicants must adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Applications may only be submitted for active participants (players, team officials, on-ice officials) aged up to 20 years and must have been a registered participant with ALLIANCE Hockey for a minimum of three years. 2. Must be in good standing with ALLIANCE Hockey. 3. Confirmed to attend a post-secondary institution for their first year during the 2026-27 school year. 4. Maintain a high standard of academic excellence. 5. Active in their local community programs (any community sport or social programs).
