Level 2 Upgrade (Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario)

NEW IN 2021
Individuals 16 years of age by December 31st of the current year or older who have completed the Entry Level Clinic (Level 1) and/or the Level 1 Recertification will be invited to attend the Level 2 Upgrade Clinic that will be held during the current season. 

 

For information on a Level 2 certification, please review the Hockey Canada Officiating Program (HCOP) Pathway.

 

All officials attending a Level 2 Upgrade Clinic must complete the following two-parts to certify.

  1. In-Class/Virtual Course
  2. HCOP Exam (Open Book) – Must obtain a score of 70%

Once certified, it is essential that an official continue to update and be completely familiar with new rule interpretations and officiating techniques.
