Stratford, ON - ALLIANCE Hockey introduced today the third edition of the U18AAA Top 3 Rankings for the 2023-24 regular season. The bi-weekly rankings of the ALLIANCE Hockey Top 3 teams are selected by a panel of Coaches and Scouts.
