Return to Play - Update
The provincial government has declared a gradual, regional transition from the provincewide shutdown to a revised and strengthened COVID-19 Response Framework.

There are no changes to the colour codes for sport.  The ability to operate is based on the OHF COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open Bulletin ID: 20-065 and ALLIANCE Hockey will continue to coordinate external competition among Members based upon this Framework as well.

Many of the Public Health Units will return in Red-Control which limits on-ice activity in our Minor Hockey Associations to no games and skills instruction. As we move to Orange-Restrict we can progress to modified 5 on 5 game competition.  It is important to note that ALLIANCE Hockey co-ordinates external matchups based on Public Health Units.  Once available, most external match-ups will occur by Association, with the possible exception at U16AAA and U18AAA as we move across the Province to facilitate games in conjunction with OHL in an effort to showcase all players.

Your support and compliance with the relevant guidelines are of great importance to the continued success in providing an opportunity for our participants to enjoy the game.

We look forward to returning to competition when the Ontario government and local PHU’s determine it is safe to do so.
