The Hamilton Huskies Minor Atom AAA team would like to thank everyone that supported the Ugly Sweater Toy Drive. With everyone's support the 9-AAA's were able to make two large toy deliveries to CityKidz (CityKidz.ca). In addition the team raised $160.00 in cash for CityKidz. The team encourages everyone to spread the word about CityKidz as they try to make Christmas special for over 4000 kids in the City.
The team would like to thank the CHCH for profiling the toy drive (Local-Hockey Cares), Hamilton Huskies, the City of Hamilton, Kelly Reed Hockey, all the 9 AAA players, parents and coaches, all the families that contributed to our toy drive and our team sponsors. The CHCH segment aired on December 12th and we have included the link for everyone's enjoyment.

The Hamilton Huskies Minor Atom 9 AAA hockey team are trying to raise awareness and toys for Citykidz.
They are wearing ugly sweaters to their home games and encouraging anyone and everyone to please donate unwrapped toys to those less fortunate.
Tim Bolen (CHCH) got to hang out with the team, wear their ugly sweater and be put through some drills with former Huskies Alum Kelly Reed.
