2015 Canada Winter Games/Team Ontario Under 16 Program Coaching Staff
On behalf of the Under 17 Policy Committee, please find below the 2015 Canada Winter Games/Team Ontario U16 Coach application form along with a job description.

Please note that all applicants must have attained HP1 certification 180 days (August 17, 2014) prior to the commencement of the 2015 Canada Winter Games.

The coaching positions are for a one-year term beginning March 1, 2014.

All interested applicants are required to forward their completed application to the HDCO Office c/o the Under 17/16 Policy Committee by Friday January 31, 2014.
