CAMBRIDGE, ON – The Ontario Hockey Federation is pleased to unveil a
brand new website dedicated solely to the OHF and Central Region Championships
www.ohfchampionships.pointstreaksites.com. The highlight of the site, will be the enhanced
stats of each and every game played at every level.
There are ten OHF Championships (atom to midget), two All-Ontario Championships (peewee and bantam AAA) and one Central Region Championship at the midget AAA level. All will have a home on the site, with dedicated information provided for each host location.
This year, the OHF has 11 hosts and wishes to thank the hard work and dedication of the following hockey associations: Essex Minor (Atom A), Hamilton Huskies (Atom AA, AAA), Erindale Spitfires (Peewee A), Timmins Minor (Peewee AA), Hearst Minor (Bantam A), North York Knights (Bantam AA), Woodstock Minor (Midget A), Brampton Minor (Midget AA), and Scarborough Young Bruins (Juvenile).
Additionally, the Peewee AAA All-Ontario Championship is being hosted by Sudbury Minor, Bantam AAA Championship is in Ottawa (part of Hockey Eastern Ontario) and the Central Region Midget AAA Championship will be in Waterloo. Schedules for each of these tournaments and arena information are also available on the new website.
Another great feature is the Past Champions page; one dedicated to each age group at every level. It was important to include photos of these teams, as winning one of these Championships is a great achievement, worth noting for years to come.
The OHF Championships run April 8-10th, the Peewee All-Ontario is April 4-8th, Bantam All-Ontario is a little earlier, March 28-April 2, and the Midget Central Region starts March 27 and goes to April 3.
