CAMBRIDGE AND OTTAWA, Ont. – Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO), Hockey Northwestern Ontario (HNO) and the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) are pleased to announce the host locations for the 2018 All-Ontario Championships. The PeeWee AAA Championship will be hosted by the Sun County Panthers (ALLIANCE) and the Bantam AAA Championship host is the North Central Predators (OMHA). The Central Region Midget AAA Championship will be hosted in Rockland, Ontario (HEO.)
The All-Ontario Championships are the pinnacle events for AAA Peewee and Bantam hockey teams, bringing together the champions from each of the OHF, HEO and HNO, along with the host team. The PeeWee AAA All-Ontario Championships will be in Essex from April 9-13, 2018. The North Central Predators will welcome the top Bantam AAA teams, April 2-6, 2018.
“The three AAA championships are among the finest minor hockey events in the province and the Ontario Hockey Federation is so proud to work with the HEO and HNO in delivering these world-class events to the participants,” said Tony Foresi, OHF President. “We look forward to watching teams compete throughout the season and playoffs for a chance to play for an All-Ontario or Central Region title.”
The Central Region Midget AAA Championship, which is part of the Road to the TELUS Cup, runs from April 1-8, 2018. Champions from the OHF’s four minor Members (the Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario, the Greater Toronto Hockey League, the Northern Ontario Hockey Association and the Ontario Minor Hockey Association), the HEO champion and the host team, make up the field for the six-team event. The HNO participates in the West Region at the Midget AAA level.

The Peewee, Bantam and Midget AAA Championships are rotated through the Branches on a yearly basis. The host association is selected from applications submitted by the Branch or Member.
