Minor Midget AAA All-Star Game Ends in Shoot Out Thriller
Woodstock, ON - The 2017 Minor Midget AAA All-Star game was held on Sunday, December 3rd in Woodstock, ON.  The game was a true nail-biter and it took a shoot out for Team White to eventually defeat Team Navy. 

The game was fast-paced and both teams traded goals to end the second period tied at 2.  The third period featured end-to-end action but without any scoring, the game advanced to a 5 minute overtime period.  Team White began overtime short-handed but were able to contain Team Navy and keep them off the scoreboard.  In the shoot out, Team White's shooters capitalized on their scoring chances to end the game and capture the title of 2017 Minor Midget AAA All-Star Champions!  Overall, it was an exciting and entertaining game.

The ALLIANCE Hockey Minor Midget AAA regular season is scheduled until January  28, 2018.  The ALLIANCE Hockey Minor Midget AAA Playdowns will then begin January 29th with the eventual ALLIANCE Champs earning a berth in the OHL Cup (along with 2 finalists and possibly a wild card entry) which will be hosted by the GTHL, scheduled from March 13-19, 2018.
