Minor Hockey Mourns Loss of Long-Time Coach
Submitted By ALLIANCE Hockey on Tuesday, September 10, 2019
ALLIANCE Hockey is saddened to hear of the passing of long-time minor hockey coach Brad Ostrom.  Ostrom was a fixture around London and area rinks, devoting more than 40 years to the game.

Ostrom had coaching stints with numerous local Associations, including the London Jr. Knights, the GLHA and the Elgin Middlesex Chiefs.  He last coached the Elgin Middlesex Chiefs Peewee AAA team in the 2018-19 season.

Throughout his years on the bench, he saw many players graduate to higher levels.  London and region superstars Drew Doughty, Nazim Kadri and Logan Couture were some of those that he had a notable impact upon.

Read Luke Fox's article on Sportsnet.ca to learn more about Brad Ostrom's minor hockey contributions.

ALLIANCE Hockey sends our deepest condolences to the friends and family of Brad Ostrom.
