2020 OHL Gold Cup Coaching Applications Now Available

Stratford, ON - ALLIANCE Hockey is now accepting Coaching Staff applications for the 2020 OHL Gold Cup.  The 2020 OHL Gold Cup will feature the top 2004-born players in Ontario competing in a 8-team tournament with representation from each of the following organizations: ALLIANCE Hockey, GTHL, HNO, NOHA, HEO and OMHA.  The tournament is being held to identify potential players who will represent Hockey Canada at the 2020 World Under 17 Hockey Challenge.  The OHL Gold Cup is a key component of the Hockey Canada Program of Excellence.

The Ontario Hockey Federation and the Ontario Hockey League are partnering to host the 2020 OHL Gold Cup Tournament May 6-10, 2020 in Kitchener, ON.

*NEW* This year's event will feature the pool of selected players from each organization placed onto 8 teams.  Teams will participate in on and off-ice activities, including Hockey Canada seminars, practices and games.

ALLIANCE Hockey will select 3 Coaches to participate in the 2020 OHL Gold Cup. Selected Coaches will be placed with teams as determined by the OHL Gold Cup Organizing Committee.

Those interested, are encouraged to submit completed applications by Friday, October 25, 2019, 12:00pm.
