Stratford, ON - ALLIANCE Hockey is now requesting 2020-21 nominations for the following annual awards:

Coach of the Year
Trainer of the Year
Referee of the Year
Volunteer of the Year

The ALLIANCE Hockey Awards Program provides an opportunity to recognize individuals who dedicate their time and efforts to make our game the greatest experience for those who participate across the ALLIANCE.

In a season such as this one, there really is no better time to recognize the hard work of someone in your minor hockey association!

Any ALLIANCE Hockey Association may submit nominations for these awards by outlining the services the nominee has provided for minor hockey on this nomination form.

All nominations must be received by April 26, 2021, 12:00pm.

Go ahead...nominate someone deserving today!
