2014 OHL Gold Cup Coming to Kitchener
Kitchener, ON – The best 1998 born players are set to converge on the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex May 8-11, 2014 as they participate in the four-day OHL Gold Cup.  OHL fans can catch a glimpse of the future OHL talent as many of the 2014 OHL Priority Selections will lace up and showcase their talents on one of the 8 teams competing in the OHL Gold Cup.  The OHL Gold Cup is also an opportunity for Hockey Canada to evaluate the players for potential invites to this summer Under 17 Camp in Calgary.

“The OHL Gold Cup is a great opportunity for all OHL teams to see how their top prospects stack up against the best players in Ontario,” said Kitchener Rangers Head Coach Troy Smith. “Fans can expect to see some outstanding talent and some great hockey over those four days.”

Tickets for the 2014 U16 OHL Gold Cup are now on sale.  The action-packed four day event takes place May 8 – 11, 2014 at the Kitchener Auditorium in Kitchener, ON.  For ticket information and the OHL Gold Cup Schedule visit www.ohlgoldcup.com
