28.0 Underage Player Policy, Policies, ALLIANCE Manual of Operations (Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario)

Player movement shall only exist in the following circumstances: 

1. The player possesses an exceptional skill set for U8 BB/B, U9 BB/B or U10 A/AA.
    In any situation, movement must comply with the OHF PLAYING UP FOR PLAYERS 8 AND UNDER POLICY.  

OR 

2. The decision to move the player(s) up is to ensure programming exists at House League only.
